The one with the fall colours in High Park

I present to you:  The Spousal Unit’s coworker’s fiancée’s friends!  That is quite the tongueful, so let’s just refer to said Spousal Unit’s coworker’s fianceée’s friends as “Jen” and “Craig.”  That sounds much more elegant than all that Spousal Unit mumbo jumbo.

It was a drizzly-ish sort of day.  You know the type — when it’s sort of raining but sort of not raining so you’re not sure whether to pull out the umbrella or not.  In the end, we used the umbrella as a prop for a bit, but eventually put it away in favor of the beautiful autumn colors at High Park. When I placed my latest victims Jen & Craig in front of the wall, they automatically went into silly face mode without me saying anything.  I was actually still dialing in my camera settings for the first two photos of this series:
Sometimes I have a hard time deciding between black & white and color.  But what’s for certain is that there was dog poop in the bushes, so Jen & Craig had to tread carefully.  I got to stay on the relatively poop-free path.  :)Jen is so pretty!Hooray for all the reds, yellows, oranges and greens!  We were worried that we wouldn’t have any fall foliage left because the weather was super windy leading up to the shoot.
Then we commandeered the castle.  Our triumphant victory was lessened somewhat because the inhabitants (re:  kids) ignored us for the most part.  I’ve been reading the Game of Thrones series lately, so I have castle overtakingnage on the brain.

I’m very much looking forward to the Muskoka wedding in August.  Muskoka is listed as one of the top must-see places  in National Geographic Traveler’s “Best of the World 2012!”
Until August!
